The requirements for InstantAtlas Server are the following:

Database

InstantAtlas Server supports the following database platforms:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008
• Oracle 10g

Web server

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / Microsoft Internet Information Server (v6)

Standard requirements for InstantAtlas Desktop:

To view a stand-alone, dynamic report you need the following:

• Internet browser compatible with Adobe Flash Player 9+

To create and update a dynamic report using the desktop tools you need the following:

• PC (Pentium 3 equivalent processor with 512 MB of RAM minimum, Pentium 4 2+ GHz equivalent processor with 1GB+ of RAM recommended)
• Microsoft Excel 2003 or later
• A Map Pack or your own digital map data in SHP, MID/MIF or TAB format Map Pack
