Through this website, the Diputación Foral de Álava provides access to a core of statistical data for social welfare professionals and for the general public.

Economic Performance and Competitiveness Atlas - BAK Basel, Switzerland

With the interactive atlas you have the possibility of making direct comparisons of different indicators on economic performance in each of the different BAK regions. A chosen indicator will immediately be presented in the map, the table, as a time-series and in the barchart.

InstantAtlas Display English Indices of Deprivation 2007 - Blackpool Council

This Instant Atlas display was created to show viewers custom ranges rather than dividing the data into equal intervals or quantiles for the Index of Multiple Deprivation 2007 and its seven domains of deprivation. Some Local Area Agreement work is based on areas with the 3% most deprived nationally for the Index of Multiple Deprivation. This enables the viewer to sort the data and easily see where the highest pockets of deprivation in Blackpool are located. Custom ranges are created by classifying the data as categoric rather than numeric in the Data Manager.

Atlas of Deprivation - Bournemouth Borough Council

"The Performance Profile template has proved its usefulness in the presentation of this complex dataset. There are eight indicators available for each Lower Layer Super Output Area (LSOA). For each indicator, there is also comparison available with the previous release of the same dataset (2004). The performance profile has proved flexible enough to display the rank and score of all indicators for 2007, the rank of the corresponding indicator for 2004 (as a "target bar") and eye-catching symbols to highlight areas that have changed by "one" or "two or more" quintiles (in terms of national rank) from 2004 to 2007."

This atlas was created to show the housing completion in Ireland by displaying the cumulative percentage increase in housing completion numbers between 1994 and 2008 by administrative area.

Newham Information System (NIMS) - London Borough of Newham

This atlas was prepared for the Neighbourhood Information Management System (NIMS) Team of London Borough of Newham to present nationally ranked scores of multiple deprivation at small area level. The report uses our Performance Profile template which is ideal for presenting data of this kind - nationally consistent ranks of multiple domains related to deprivation. The bars of the bullet graph (top right) illustrate how varied the cross-domain profile of deprivation can be at a neighbourhood scale. The background grey bars indicate how areas rank nationally in terms of fifths (quintiles) with bars overlapping the darkest grey sections being classed in the 20% most deprived of all areas nationally.

Community Accounts, - Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

Community Accounts is an innovative information system providing users at all levels with a reliable source of community, regional, and provincial data. A public-wide, online data retrieval system for locating, sharing and exchanging information related to the province and its people. InstantAtlas is used as the Dynamic Data Map Tool within this system.

Neighbourhood Profiles - North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC)

These profiles provide statistics for individual neighbourhoods and even wards within a District area. These statistics help paint a picture of the local area in which people live, or people wish to find out more about.

The profiles will help North Yorkshire County Council and its partners when planning services to make sure they are taking local variation and local needs into consideration.

District Monitoring - - Statistical Office of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, Germany

The new online maps for Schleswig-Holstein make it possible for different audiences to gain a quick overview of the structure and trends in each district. The data presented will be updated on regular intervals.

The 34 most important indicators are visualized under four major themes: population, income, education and economics, as well as tourism and land-use.
